摘要
国内外电动汽车示范运行的例证表明,整车租赁模式可为电动汽车商业化推广提供一条可行路径。该文基于对国内示范城市调研的数据,从消费者和租赁公司双方的角度分析了电动汽车整车租赁模式的主要影响因素和适用条件,并在不同的情景设定下对未来的盈利前景进行了预测。研究结果显示:消费者和租赁公司能否接受这种模式,受到电池成本、车辆租金、油价、行驶里程、电池补贴等因素的影响,随着相关成本的持续下降和市场占有率的不断提高,电动汽车整车租赁模式的未来盈利前景向好。
Electric vehicle (EV) research at home and abroad has shown that the whole vehicle leasing model (WVLM) can provide a viable path to EV commercialization. Practical data from demo stations in several cities is used here to analyze the factors to promote WVLM from both the points of view of consumers and leasing companies, with the future prospects of WVLM forecast for different scenarios. The results show that whether consumers and leasing companies accept WVLM depends on several factors including the battery cost, the WVLM rental cost, the fuel price, the driving mileage and subsidies for battery purchase. As the costs and market penetration continuing to improve, the prospects ~or WVLM of EV will be even better.
