摘要
井下节流器是一种应用较广的控制气井生产的装置。不同配气量下节流器的节流嘴长度需要保持定值,以方便、简化节流器的设计与加工。采用流场分析理论,借助流体分析软件,建立节流器节流分析模型,分析不同节流嘴直径、不同节流压差、不同节流嘴长度、不同节流前压力对节流流场的影响,以寻求节流嘴的最佳结构参数。
The down-hole choke is a device widely used to control gas well's production. In order to facilitate and simplify the designing and manufacturing, throttle nozzle needs to maintain con- stant value within different gas allocation. Using fluent analysis theory,The studies establish the analysis model of the restrictor with the help of fluid analysis software,and analyze the influences to throttle flow with different restrictor nozzle diameter, pressure drawdown, throttle nozzle length and flow control pre-pressure for the best structure parameters of throttle nozzle.
