摘要
本文将前馈法和预失真法相结合,即基于功放前馈法线性化系统添加了2个预失真单元,分析得知前馈预失真放大器对不同信号支路间的幅度和相位平衡要求极高,为使支路的幅度和相位快速达到平衡,引入了自适应控制网络自动调节电路的参数。本文给出自适应前馈预失真线性功率放大器的原理图,通过简化模型分析功放线性达到最佳时电路参数的求取过程,并给出参数在DSP中的实现方法。最后,本文对前馈预失真系统在ADS下仿真,结果表明添加2个预失真单元后比前馈系统对三阶交调产物及ACPR的改善提高了20dB左右。
Two linearization methods,feed-forward and pre-distortion are combined in this paper,namely two pre-distortion units are added to the feed-forward linearization system. Based on the analysis of feed- forward and pre-distortion amplifier, the proposed amplifier requires quick balance of amplitude and phase of signals between different branches. In order to make the amplitude and phase quickly reach bal-ance, adaptive control parameter network is introduced to regulate circuit parameter automatically. In this paper the principle diagram of adaptive feed-forward and pre-distortion linear power amplifier is pre-sented, the solution of the circuit parameters when the linear amplifier work in optimum is derived by simplifying the model of it,and also the realization method of the parameters in the DSP is given. Final- ly,the system is simulated under ADS. Result shows that the inhibition of IMD3 of the system adding two pre-distortion units can be increased about 20 dBc than that with only feed-forward amplifier.
