综合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床分析

目的:观察针刀痛点治疗加膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠、口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分成两组,治疗组60例(72个膝关节)行小针刀闭合性松解术后用玻璃酸钠注射液,行膝关节腔内注射,同时口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片,配合功能锻炼。对照组40例(46个膝关节)口服美洛昔康片及抗骨质增生胶囊,理疗28天。结果:治疗4周,总有效率治疗组95.0%,对照组82.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刀痛点松解术加膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠、口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果较好。

Objective： 60 cases of knife pain treatment with knee intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate, comparison of oral glueosamine hydroehloride tablets clinical curative effect of treating knee osteoarthritis and 40 cases of conventional treatment.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 60 cases, 72 knees underwent needle knife closed lysis, with sodium hyaluronate injection, knee joint cavity injection, 1 times a week,for 4 weeks.At the same time of oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablets, combined with functional exercise, for 4 weeks ; the control group of 40 cases, 46 knee injury, oral meloxicam tablets and antihyperosteogeny capsules, physiotherapy for 28 days. Results ： the patients after 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of treatment group 95% ; the effective rate of control group 82.5%.The effective rate of the treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion： Acupuncture pain lysis and knee intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate, oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, is one of the methods of treatment of the disease can be used.
