摘要
固体介质中的气隙,在电场作用下会发生局部放电,这对固体介质的绝缘性能是不利的。对于微小气隙,现行的常规试验方法是难以检测出来的。采用X射线照射固体介质,可使固体介质内小气隙中的气体电离并产生局部放电,检测这种因X射线激励而产生的局部放电,对早期发现固体介质中的气隙缺陷是有意义的。
It is disadvantageous for solid dielectric that partial discharges in solid dielectric cavities take placeunder electric field effect. Because of cavity being too small it is difficult that partial discharges can been de-tected in solid dielectric cavities by use of routinc test. Gas in the solid dielectric cavities can been ionized whencavities are radiated by X-ray. It is a quite significance that the partial discharges are detected by X-ray in-duced because cavities premature failure in solid dielectric can be discovered.
