近年来，档案的作用在企事业单位越来越突出，国家相继颁布了几个档案法规，本文就此论述了档案在高校建设中的地位、作用及如何进行整理、保存、检索、利用的几种方法。

In recent years, archives play a more and more important role in enterprises and institutions, soour country has successively promulgated several archives regulations. This paper deals with archives' func-tion and position in universities and colleges, also with several methods on how to sort out, reserve and re-trieve archives.
