摘要
为解决合山电厂磨煤机粉碎系统磨损严重的问题 ,用高合金铸铁磨球和普通锻钢球在 2台 DTM35 0 /70 0型筒式球磨机上进行对比试验 ,试验结果表明 ,使用高合金铸铁磨球 ,耗球率为普通锻钢球的 1/5 ,破碎率低。该磨球具有较强的抗冲击疲劳性能和抗冲击磨料磨损性能 ,可提高火电厂的制粉效率及磨煤机的系统耐磨性能。
In order to solve the problem of ball wearing in pulverizer,test for comparison was made between high alloy cast ivon balls and common forged steel balls at He Shan Thermal power plant It is resulted that the former have a consumption rate only one fifth as many as the rate of the later,in addition to lower cracks This kind of high alloy cast iron balls has a good anti fatigue and anti wear performance,and can improve efficiently the output and wear of pulverizer in thermal power plants
