摘要
通过对铁矿粉基础性能进行研究,比较了加拿大矿粉与其他5种矿粉的理化性能和高温烧结特性。依据基础研究结果进行了烧结杯试验,研究配用17%~25%加拿大矿粉的烧结指标变化和搭配矿粉的配比调节范围,得到烧结指标好的加拿大矿粉配用比例和使用方案。结果表明:加拿大矿粉配比在21%左右,火箭A粉配比在30%以下时,烧结矿性能指标较优。
Based on fundamental experiment of basic properties of iron ore fines, the comparison of physicochemical properties and higher temperature sintering properties of Canadian ore fines with other 5 ore fines had been made. According to the results of fundamental experiment, sintering pot experiment for determining the application scheme of Canadian ore fines was carried out. The sintering mix was composed of 17 %- 25 % Canadian ore fines to march other frequently-used ore fines. The suitable proportion of Canadian ore fines in the mix and its application scheme of sintering production were determined. The optimal proportion of Canadian ore fines in the mix was about 21 % and Rocket ore fines proportion no more than 30 % would make sinter have good quality indexes.
