摘要
本文主要论述综合评标法是水利工程检测项目评标中较为实用的一种方法。本文建立了综合评分法模型,并通过实际案例,介绍其评分过程。
This paper mainly describes that comprehensive bid evaluation method is a practical method in bid evaluation in detection items of water conservancy projects. Comprehensive scoring method models are established in the paper,and its scoring process is introduced by practical cases.
