摘要
本文通过对清水河的历史洪水、洪水特性、防洪现状进行分析,指出当前清水河防洪存在的主要问题,最终从远期、近期两个方面提出了预防对策,对于今后开展有关工作具有实际指导意义。
Qingshui River＇s historical flood,flood features and flood control situation are analyzed to propose major problems in current Qingshui River flood control in the paper. Preventive measures are ultimately proposed from short-term and long-term points of view,which have guiding significance on developing related work in the future.
