降低30kN/m编织布候潮铺设后的翻卷冲损率

摘要 在平阳县西湾围垦工程30kN/m编织布铺设中发现候潮铺设后冲损严重,为减少编织布铺设后被冲损的经济损失,成立了"候潮施工QC小组"进行现场攻关。通过对影响翻卷冲损率的15个末端因素逐一确认、筛选得到3个要因。在此基础上小组制定了详尽的要因对策表,明确了具体措施和实施目标。经过对施工工艺进行改进并对施工步骤进行合理规划后,编织布翻卷冲损率得到很好的控制,同时经济效益明显。 Serious washed loss after tide pavement was discovered in Pingyang West Bay reclamation project 30kN /m woven fabric pavement construction. ‘Tide Construction QC Team'was established for solving problems in the site in order to reduce the washed economic loss after woven fabric pavement. Three causes were obtained by confirming and screening 15terminal factors affecting rolling washed loss rate one by one. The team formulated detailed cause countermeasure table on the basis for making clear concrete measures and implementation goals. The woven fabric rolling washed loss rate was well controlled by improving the constructing process and rationally planning the construction process,meanwhile,the economic benefits are prominent.
