正确认识和提高Meta分析的质量至关重要。高质量的Meta分析属于最高的循证医学证据级别,但是由于其本身属于回顾性研究,无法消除合并研究的异质性,发表偏移也不可避免,Meta分析仍存在一定的局限性。为了提高Meta分析的质量除了正确选题外,还必须注意下列事项:收集数据要注意文献的全面性、研究质量、正确的统计方法和写作质量。

Its important to correctly recognizing and improving the quality of Meta analysis. High qualified Meta a- nalysis belongs to the highest level of evidence-based medicine. However because it belongs to the retrospective research, the heterogeneity of the merged researches couldn＇t be eliminated, the publish bias is also inevitable, and there exists some limits of Meta analysis. To improve the quality of Meta analysis, besides correct selection of the subjects, the following i- tems should be noticed, i. e. , paying attention to the generality, research quality, correctness of the statistical methods and writing qulaity of the literatures when collecting data.
