摘要 目的探讨微课在护理高职高专生理学教学中的应用方法及效果。方法随机抽取护理专业两个班为试验组,两个班为对照组,试验组采用传统教学为主、微课为辅的教学方式;对照组采用传统教学方式。比较两组学生期末考试总成绩和相关章节成绩,采用问卷调查试验组学生对微课教学的评价,并比较两组学生对同一教师授课综合评价的优秀率。结果试验组期末考试总成绩及相关章节成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组学生对微课教学效果的满意度较高,对教师授课评价的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以视频为核心的微课教学平台的搭建,是生理学教学的一个良好的辅助教学方法,可以有效提高教学效果。 Objective To investigate the application methods and effectiveness of microlecture in the course of Physiology for vocational nursing students. Methods Two nursing classes were randomly recruited as the experimental group and other two nursing classes as the control group. The experimental group took the traditional teaching as priority and microlecture as auxiliary while the control group used the traditional teaching method. The scores in final exam and relevant chapters were compared between the two groups. In addition,the students' appraisal on microlecture was investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The scores in final exam and relevant chapters in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P〈O.05). The students in the experimental group showed satisfied with the teaching outcomes of microlecture and the excellent rate on teachers were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Microlecture teaching platform with video as the core is a ~ood auxiliary teachin~ method and can improve the teachin~ outcomes.
