The Industrial Production of Rechargeable Alkaline Manganese Batteries

摘要 介绍了可充破锰电池的工业化生产过程。测试数据表明可充碱锰电池首放容量高、循环性能好,具有良好的贮存性能和较宽的使用温度范围。耐过放性能、防漏性能以及电池生产的稳定性均表明,AA型和AAA型可充碱锰电池工业化生产技术成熟,分别达到了班产两万只的生产能力。 The industrial production process of rechargble alkaline manganese(RAM) batteries was described. Thetesting data showed that the RAM batteries had high initial discharge capacity, rather good cycling performance and storage performance, and could be used in a wide tamperature range. The overdischarge capacity andleakage resistances and the stability of RAM battery production indicated that the industrial production technology capability of producing 20 000 AA-size and AAA-size RAM batteries per shift had been well developed.
