摘要
随着城市地下空间开发和高层建筑的建设,受到城市空间有限的限制,深基坑工程逐渐增多,且其规模和深度不断增加。在这种情况下,可以减小对邻近建筑物地下结构破坏、造价低、施工工期短的逆作法基坑施工应用越来越广泛。本文就青岛土岩二元组合条件下某大型基坑逆作法施工为例,运用有限元方法进行了数值分析。结果表明,逆作法施工的基坑桩体位移、周边建筑物沉降等参数均符合基坑规范要求,可以为以后土岩二元组合条件下的基坑施工提供借鉴。
With the development of urban underground space and construction of highrise buildings, deep exca vation works gradually increased because of the restrictions of limited urban space, and its scale and depth is increas ing. In this case, topdown method is used widely because it can reduce the destruction of underground structures of the adjacent buildings, cost less money and use less time. In this paper, a large pit construction using topdown method in strata of "soilrock" dualistic structure is used as the case to study the numerical analysis of pit displace ment. Results show that the deformation of foundation pit and the displacement of the pile are controlled effectively, and in line with the pit specifications. This will hopefully serve as a theoretical reference to similar engineering pro jects in future.
