硫酸车间防腐综述

Outline of Anticorrosion for Sulphuric Acid

硫酸是强腐蚀介质之一,含有水份的二氧化硫也具有较强的腐蚀性,因此,硫酸车间防腐十分重要。本文就硫酸车间的腐蚀环境、防腐设计、材料选用以及十多年来设计和施工的改进、使用效果分设备、工艺管道、建构筑物三个部分进行了重点介绍。对设计思路、材料选用依据作了简述,同时也对使用效果不理想的地方所造成的原因进行了分析,并提出了改进和修复方法,最后概括性进行了总结。

Since sulphuric acid and Hydrous sulfur dioxide are Strong corrosion inhibitor, then anticorrosion is a very important work in cell room. The author especially elaborated the corrisive surrounding, design of anticorrosion and corrosion-resistant materials, and simultaneously introduced the effection and improving for design and construction over past ten years through emphatic explaining buildings and structures, equipment and process pipe line. Design idea and materials-using are also metioned and the cause of unsatisfactory effect of anticorrosive item are analyzed and summarized in this article.
