摘要
目的我国载人航天主着陆场航天员医疗保障的模式,成功了保障4次载人飞行任务。“神十”载人交会对接任务,这种模式创新发展到最优状态。任务验证其可靠性、快捷性和有效性,为后续空间站任务航天员的保障模式提供经验和技术积累。方法根据“神十”任务的特点和需求,进一步优化、补充了“神九”药品、器材。细化了方案预案,增加了不同工况的应急预案。在“神十”演练中,提出新的预案、设备配置优化组合和相互备份方案。结果优化的直升机医疗救护平台、设备器材、应急预案,搜救能力提高,扩大了搜救半径,保证了航天员的长距离快速救治和后送。结论“神十”主着陆场区航天员直升机医疗救护平台,更加快速、可靠、安全;空中救援方案、直升机救护平台的构建要素,对后续空间站阶段医疗救护保障模式改进有重要参考价值。
Objective The medical care mode for astronauts is used four times successfully in spaceflight mission. The mode is developed to optimization in the ' SHENSHI' mission. The effectivity, speedability and dependability of the mode is to be verified. The experience of medical care mode will be beneficial to the design in our space station stage. Methods According to requirement of the SHEN 10" mission, the medicine and facilities required for space shuttle ~SHEN 9"mission were supplemented and optimized. The projects were studied further meticulously, and the stringent projects were made in different engineering trouble. All the new projects were set up and performed for the novel mission. Results After optimization of medicine supplementation, facilities improvement and stringent project iniegrity, the first-aid system in helicopters increased its performance. It can ensure medical care for astronauts to be up to the expected scratch. Conclusions The optimized medical helicopters and its first-aid system are more effective and reliable. The establishment of optimized medical care for astronauts in case of landing is beneficial in reference to the subsequent space-flight mission in our space station stage, suggesting various kinds projects needed for instituting an ideal astronaut medicine.
