摘要
深度烧伤累及关节部位时,会造成外观的毁损、关节挛缩和畸形、肢体功能障碍等,使患者丧失生活和工作能力,出现心理障碍。随着严重烧伤患者救治存活率的显著提高,人们更加关注患者的功能恢复,能否预防性使用矫形器,将直接影响患者关节部位瘢痕后期的功能恢复水平。
Joints involved in deep burn often resuh in joint eontraeture, limb dysfunction, psychological disorder, or ew'n loss of living and working abilities. The management of post-burn joint contraeture will directly orientate the functional recoverv of the patients. Comprehensive intervention may pre- vent the contraeture process of the affected joints. Orthoses ap- plication is an important measure anti should be maintained throughout the whole process of burn care, from positioning the joints at the early stage to maintaining the range of joint motion at the late stage. Orthoses should be used on the premise of pro- tecting the joint functions. In order to maintain the tissue tension while enhancing the joint mobility and muscle strength, the stat- ic orlhoses and the dynamic orthoses are often ahernately used. h is showed in clinical practice that orthoses are designed and applied on the basis that biomechanics will lead to a better out-come
