探析软件工程监理量化评估与软件监理发展趋势

摘要 软件生命周期理论,是一种长效的软件评估,其中所谓的软件工程监理是具有相应资质的评估,在运行中需要受到工程监理单位的委托,按照国家的相关的法律规定对工程信息系统进行规范,这是软件生命周期理论的根本,本文主要介绍对软件工程理论的量化评估以及软件监理部门的发展趋势,供读者参考。
