脊柱磁共振成像在脊柱关节炎中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 脊柱关节炎（spondyloarthritis，SpA）是一组相互关联的疾病，具有共同的临床特征，主要累及中轴、外周关节及附着点，其中强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是这组疾病的原型病。脊柱的炎症以及后续出现的中轴关节骨化是导致SpA患者残疾的重要原因。
