经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术在骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的应用价值

Application value of percutaneous balloon kyphooplasty in the patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures

目的研究经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术在骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的应用效果与价值。方法选取2011年5月~2013年1月于本院采用经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗的32例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者为观察组,同时期的32例采用经皮椎体成形术治疗的患者为对照组,然后将两组患者手术前后的疼痛程度、椎体结构指标进行比较。结果对照组与观察组术前疼痛程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而手术后1、2周时观察组的疼痛程度轻于对照组(P均<0.05)。对照组与观察组术前的Cobb角及椎间隙高度均差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),而手术后1、4周时观察组的Cobb角小于对照组,而椎间隙高度则大于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术在骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的应用效果较好,临床价值较高。

Objective To study the application effect and value of percutaneous balloon kyphooplasty in the patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods Thirty-two patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures who were treated with percutaneous balloon kyphooplasty in our hospital from May 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 32 cases who were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty at the same time were selected as the control group, then the pain degree and vertebral structure indexes of two groups before and after the operation were compared. Results The difference was not significant in the preoperative pain degree between the control group and the observation group （P ^- 0.05）, while the pain degree at 1 week and 2 weeks after the operation in the observation group were lighter than those in the control group （both P -〈 0.05）. The differences were not significant in the preoperative Cobb Angle and intervertebral height between the control group and the observation group （both P 〉 0.05）, while the Cobb Angle at 1 week and 4 weeks after the operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the intervertebral height at 1 week and 4 weeks after the operation in the observation group were greater than those in the control group （both P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of percutaneous balloon kyphooplasty in the patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures is better, and its clinical value is higher too.
