摘要
目的探讨MSCT齿科扫描(Dental planning软件)对多生牙的临床应用价值。方法对120例多生牙患者术前经口腔全景和MSCT齿科扫描,确定多生牙的位置,通过影像检查判断多生牙的位置和数量,并且和手术结果进行对照,比较两种扫描方法对多生牙诊断的临床应用价值。结果 120例患者中,多生牙共128颗,口腔全景片诊断出39颗,诊断准确率为30.47%(39/128);MSCT诊断出128颗,诊断正确率为100%(128/128)。结论通过MSCT齿科扫描的牙和牙槽骨的矢状面和冠状面重组图形,可以清晰地显示多生牙的异常结构及与牙列的关系,可以为治疗方案的制定提供准确的依据和信息,在临床应用方面具有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of MSCT dental scanning(Dental planning software) on supernumerary teeth. Methods The position of supernumerary teeth in 120 patients were confirmed by oral panoramic X-ray and MSCT dental scanning before the surgery, and the position and number of supernumerary teeth were determined by imaging examination, and the results of the two scanning methods were compared with the operation results, then the clinical application value of the two scanning methods on the diagnosis of supernumerary teeth were compared. Results Among 128 supernumerary teeth of 120 patients, there were 39 supernumerary teeth diagnosed by oral panoramic X-ray, and the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 30.47%(39/128); there were 128 supernumerary teeth diagnosed by MSCT, and the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 100%(128/128). Conclusion The sagittal and coronal recombinant graphics of tooth and alveolar bone by MSCT dental scanning can clearly display the abnormal structure of supernumerary teeth and it's relationship with dentition, and provide accurate basis and information for treatment, and has important value in clinical application.
