中西结合治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效

Effect of integrated traditional and western medicine on functional uterine bleeding

目的观察中西结合治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法 98例功能性子宫出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例,在一般治疗的基础上,治疗组给予中西结合治疗,对照组仅给予西药治疗,观察两组患者的近期及远期疗效,月经情况及不良反应情况。结果近期疗效:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.92%和81.63%,治疗组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。远期疗效:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.88%和73.47%,治疗组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者用药期间全部闭经,总有效率100%。结论中西结合治疗功能性子宫出血的临床疗效显著,具有临床推广使用的意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional and Western medicine on functional uterine bleeding. Methods 98 cases with functional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group（n=49） and control group（n=49）. The treatment group were given integrated traditional and western medicine, while the control group were treated with only western medicine. The recent and forward curative effect, menstrual conditions and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results The recent curative effect in treatement group was 95.92%, obviously higher than 81.63% in control group（P〈0.05）, and so did in forward curative effect（93.88% vs 73.47%, P〈0.05）. All cases were amenorrhea during treatment, and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The treatment of integrated traditional and western medicine on functional uterine bleeding gives high curative effect, and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.
