补肾除湿止痛膏治疗强直性脊柱炎80例

Bushen dehumidification analgesic ointment in treatment for 80 cases with ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨补肾除湿止痛膏治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2009年10月-2012年12月诊治的强直性脊柱炎患者80例，随机分为两组，40例患者行中药汤剂辨证治疗为对照组，40例患者行补肾除湿止痛膏联合中药汤剂辨证治疗为观察组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论补肾除湿止痛膏外用优于单纯中药的治疗效果，可明显改善患者的临床症状，值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of bushen dehumidification analgesic ointment in treatment for ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 80 patients with ankylosing spondyfitis were selected in hospital from October 2009 to December 2012, who were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients underwent decoction of chinese medicine dialectical treatment as control group.40 patients underwent bushen dehumidification analgesic ointment combined with decoction of chinese medicine dialectical treatment as observation group.Treatment effect were compared between two groups. Results Treatment effect in observation group was significantly higher than control group. Difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment effect of bushen dehumidification analgesic ointment is better than pure chinese medicine treatment, which can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients. That is worthy of clinical use.
