摘要
以高铝矾土、碳化硅和鳞片石墨为主要原料,添加适量的抗氧化剂,采用酚醛树脂结合,分别研究了SiC和石墨的加入量对铁水预处理用Al2O2-SiC—C砖的常温性能以及高温强度、抗热震性和抗渣侵蚀等高温性能的影响,得出研制A12O3-SiC—C砖的最佳试验配方(W)为:特级矾土中5~3、3—1、≤1、≤0.074mm的分别占16%、30%、25%、4%,≤0.15mm的石墨和≤0.074mm的SiC分别为10%、12%,抗氧化剂3%,外加酚醛树脂4%。依此配方制成的Al2O3--SiC—C砖在某公司150tKR铁水包上进行了试用,满足了钢厂的使用要求,且使用后的残砖表面较光滑,无明显砖缝或剥落现象。
Al 2 O 3-SiC-C bricks were prepared using bauxite,SiC and flake graphite as main starting materi- als,phenolic resin as binder,adding a right amount of antioxidant. Effects of SiC and graphite additions on cold properties and high temperature properties including hot strength,thermal shock resistance and slag resistance were studied. The optimal experimental formulation of Al 2 O 3- SiC- C bricks is that the special grade bauxite with sizes of 5- 3,3- 1,≤1 and ≤0. 074 mm accounts for 16%( in mass,the same hereinaf- ter),30%,25% and 4%,respectively,graphite ≤0. 15 mm is 10% and SiC ≤0. 074 mm is 12%,antioxidant is 3%,and phenolic resin is 4%( extra added). The produced Al 2 O 3-SiC-C bricks were used on a 150 t KR iron ladle,satisfying customer's request. The surface of the used brick was smooth without obvious cracks and spalling.
