舶来还是本土根植?——临终关怀的本土化困境

Native or exotic?——The dilemma of the localization of hospice care

鉴于目前临终关怀的临床实践及理论研究缺乏跨文化的比较研究,本论证议题在医学人类学的视角下,阐述临终关怀的历史建构和发展,并在本土化语境中探寻适宜地方性临终关怀源起的文化渊源,试图构建在本土地方性语境中临终关怀的定义,探寻本土临终关怀的文化引入载体,以此对地方性临终关怀的理论建构与实践有些许帮助和启发。

Due to the lack of cross-cultural comparison in the clinical practices and theoretical researches of hospice care, we demonstrated the historical construction and development of hospice care, based on the perspective of medical anthropology. Meanwhile, we explored cultural origins from local cultural environment, which is appropriate to native hospice context, and tried to define the hospice care in local cultural atmosphere and to construct the cultural carrier of local hospice care, thus helping the theoretical and practical development of local hospice care.
