α1-抗胰蛋白酶在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要
胰腺癌起病隐匿、早期症状不明显、恶性程度高、早期诊断困难、手术切除率低、预后极差。因此，为了提高胰腺癌的早期诊断率、全面反映肿瘤的分期和分级、评估疗效与改善预后，寻找有效的胰腺癌分子标志物显得十分必要。
