肠道细菌和肠道天然免疫与炎症性肠病的关系 被引量:2

摘要 我国近年来IBD患病率呈增长趋势。目前普遍认为IBD发病是环境、遗传和免疫等多因素相互作用的结果,其中肠道细菌和肠道天然免疫功能失调被认为是IBD的重要发病机制。
