神经内镜技术第三脑室底造瘘术治疗脑积水的进展 被引量：9

摘要 神经内镜技术在治疗脑积水方面发挥着重要而不可或缺的作用。在神经内镜技术中尤以第三脑室底造瘘术在治疗脑积水中最常见。本文阐述了第三脑室底造瘘术在治疗脑积水传统适应证——非交通性脑积水中的应用,同时也回顾了近些年该项技术在交通性脑积水和小儿脑积水中的应用进展。
