摘要 0引言 microRNA即微小RNA或者miRNA,是近年来发现的一类新型的内源性小分子非编码RNA,其与短链干扰RNA(short interfering RNA,siRNA)和PIWI蛋白.作用RNA(PIW Iinteracting RNA,piRNA)共同构成人体非编码小RNA的三个亚型。
