骨保护素在骨相关疾病领域的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 人骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)是由Amgen公司的研究人员最先发现,是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的一员,主要通过与核因子κB受体活化因子配体(receptoractivatorfornuclearfactor—κBligand,RANKL)结合竞争性抑制核因子κB受体活化因子(receptoractivatorfornuclearfactor—κB,RANK)与RANKL的结合,抑制破骨细胞基因的转录、分化、活化成熟及诱导破骨细胞的凋亡,从而促进骨的形成,抑制骨的吸收,因此OPG/RANKL/RANK系统在骨代谢平衡中起到极其重要的作用。
