肘关节切开粘连松解术治疗肘关节僵直疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]对肘关节切开粘连松解术治疗肘关节僵直进行临床疗效分析。[方法]收集本科2008年1月~2012年7月间行肘关节切开粘连松解术的27例患者,比较患者术前和术后随访患侧肘关节的最大伸直及屈曲度数、患侧肘关节主动活动度数和Mayo评分。[结果]27例患者患侧肘关节的最大伸直度数平均为5.0°±4.2°(P<0.05),最大屈曲度数平均为118.0°±9.3°(P<0.05),患侧肘关节主动活动度数平均为112.6°±11.6°(P<0.05),Mayo评分为(917±70)分(P<0.05);27例患者无并发症发生,均对疗效表示满意。[结论]肘关节切开粘连松解术能显著改善肘关节僵直患者的肘关节功能,达到满意的疗效。
