异己手综合征的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 1异己手综合征简述异己手综合征（alien hand syndrome，AHS）是一种神经系统失调性疾病，迄今为止该病症并未得到一致与精确的定义^[1]。该术语用来描述一系列复杂的临床行为症状，患者的手（往往是左手）会表现出无法控制的行为，并对这些行为产生极端的陌生感觉^[2-4]。Doody和Jankovic认为异己手行为具体包括诱导的、模仿的、节奏性动作以及无目标指导的（nongoal-directed）强握、摸索行为，受目标指导的（goal-di-rected）对工具的强迫操作，甚至包含自我伤害行为一。
