不同Hf含量IrO_2-HfO_2涂层电极材料的电容性能

Capacitance properties of IrO_2-HfO_2 coated titanium electrodes with different content of Hf in the coatings

摘要 采用热分解法制备Ti/IrO2-HfO2二元氧化物涂层电极。通过X射线衍射(XRD)研究了不同Ir/Hf配比涂层的结构特征;采用循环伏安(CV)方法分析了不同电极涂层的比电容、"内/外活性"及电极稳定性,并初步讨论了电极稳定性与涂层结构间的关系。结果表明,添加Hf可改善涂层结构、提高比电容及电极稳定性、且当涂层中HfO2达到50 mol%时电极活性最高、稳定性最佳。 Binary-oxide IrO2-HfO2coatings were prepared by a thermal decomposition method on Ti. Microstructure of different coatings was examined by X-ray diffraction ( XRD). Cyclic vohammetry (CV) was employed to investigate the specific capacitance, charge- discharge property, "inner"/"outer" activity and stability of the electrodes. The effect of the coatings structure on the electrodes cycle life was primarily studied. It is concluded that the addition of Hf in the coatings can improve the mierostructure, the specific capacitance and the stability of the electrodes, and the 50 tool% HfO2-50 mol% IrO2/Ti electrode exhibits the highest activity and the best stability.
