股骨远端纵横比的解剖变异及其在股骨假体设计中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 精确的假体匹配有助于提高全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)的临床疗效并降低并发症发生率.尽管假体设计不断改良,仍不能完全重建自然膝关节的解剖与功能,假体与截骨面亦很难获得完全的匹配.近年来的研究表明股骨远端纵横比(distal femoral aspect ratio,DFAR)存在显著的性别、种族及个体间差异,而传统股骨假体的纵横比则基本恒定[1-28].因此是否需要以及如何改进假体设计以获得更佳的股骨假体匹配日益成为骨科学界研究与争论的热点.本文拟结合近年来该领域的研究进展,对DFAR的解剖变异及其在TKA假体设计中的意义进行综述与总结.
