微量元素测定的分析前影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 由于体内微量元素的缺乏或增高导致相关疾病发生率的增加,使人们对微量元素测定的关注程度越来越高.很多微量元素被确认为机体所需的必要元素,如铁、硒、锌、铜等,但还有一些是对人体具有毒性的微量元素,如铅、汞、镉、砷、铀等.微量元素是指体内含量在10~ 104 μg/L的元素,含量< l0μg/L则定义为超微量元素.微量元素和超微量元素的区分除了在浓度上界定外,也与检测样本中的预期浓度和检测方法的灵敏度有关,如血铅在健康人血清和透析患者中分别被认为是超微量元素和微量元素.微量元素测定误差与检测影响因素、元素的种类、元素的天然丰度以及样本中预期浓度等有关.污染对浓度较低的微量元素的实验结果影响更加明显.
