妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的放射治疗
摘要
妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤（gestational trophoblastic neo-plasia，GTN）包括侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒癌和胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤，是一种以生长迅速、血行播散、转移早且广泛和对化疗敏感为特点的肿瘤。在进行GTN治疗前，按照FIGO针对GTN标准进行评分有着非常重要的意义，根据其评价结果分为低风险GTN（〈7分）和高风险GTN（≥7分）制定不同的化疗方案^[1,2]。
