妇科恶性肿瘤放射治疗并发症的防治 被引量:5

摘要 根据对电离辐射的不同反应,人体组织可分为早反应组织与晚反应组织。胃肠道、泌尿生殖道黏膜和骨髓造血细胞等早反应组织细胞更新决,在照射之后很快出现细胞丢失,进而出现黏膜炎、外周血细胞计数降低等临床表现;而肌肉、神经等晚反应组织更新缓慢,其放射损伤可能需要数周到数十年的潜伏期才表现出相应临床症状。一般而言,以受到辐射90天为节点,放射治疗的并发症可分为早期急性放射反应与晚期并发症。妇科肿瘤患者多需要进行盆腔放疗,阴道外阴、直肠和膀胱不可避免要受到照射,可能出现急性或(和)晚期的损伤,两者的临床表现有相似之处,但发病机制、靶细胞和临床预后均不相同。
