摘要 扩散峰度成像(DKI)是用于量化组织内水分子非高斯运动的磁共振新技术,是扩散成像技术的延伸,对于描绘脑组织微观结构以及缺血性脑卒中具有独特优势。本文就DKI的原理及其在缺血性脑卒中方面的研究进展做一综述。 Diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) is an emerging diffusion index to quantify non-Gaussian diffusion process in vivo, particularly important for characterizing microstructure of biological tissue. As an extension of conventional diffusion MRI, DKI has been postulated useful in classifying heterogeneous brain injury of acute ischemic stroke. In this article, recent progresses on theoretical and experimental aspects of DKI in ischemic stroke imaging were discussed.
