摘要 胰腺腺鳞癌（pancreatic adenosquamous carcinoma．PAC）比较罕见，组织学特点为肿瘤中腺癌和鳞痛成分混合存在，后者至少占30％以上。本研究回顾性分析经病理证实的12例PAC患者，观察其MSCT表现，以提高对本病的认识。
