中钛型高炉渣矿相结构研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用偏光显微镜及扫描电镜对中钛型高炉渣的显微结构、矿物组成、形态及粒度大小进行系统研究。结果发现,中钛型炉渣显微结构主要为粒状嵌晶结构、似斑状结构;矿物组成主要为黄长石,其次为尖晶石、钙钛矿、钛透辉石、巴依石,少量的金属铁、氮化钛、碳化钛及其固溶体。钛元素主要分布于钙钛矿中,其次分布于钛透辉石中。炉渣中钙钛矿、尖晶石及氮化钛、碳化钛及其固溶体对炉渣的黏度有较大的影响。 Microstructures, mineral compositions, shapes and sizes of the blast furnace slag with medium titanium content were systematically studied by polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the slag consists of granular poikilitic and porphyritic microstructures, and its min- eral compositions are mainly composed of melilite, followed by spinel, perovskite, titanium diopside, and a small amount of metallic iron, titanium nitride, ists mainly in the form of perovskite, followed by tride, titanium carbide and their solid solution in titanium carbide and their solid solution. Titanium ex- titanium diopside. The perovskite, spinel, titanium ni- slag have great influence on the viscosity of slag.
