理解“池”和“轴”获取成熟卵
摘要
所谓“池”，就是指卵巢功能储备，包括启动募集的旁调节过程。人类出生时卵泡池中存在始基卵泡约50万个，在卵泡发育不同阶段凋亡、闭锁，真正可以发育成熟并排卵的约有400个。
