摘要 分级燃烧技术是较为成熟的电站锅炉降氮燃烧技术,通过将炉膛二次风重新分配,使燃料经历富燃料和富氧两个过程,有效抑制了NOx的形成。台山电厂2号锅炉是典型的亚临界汽包炉,应用分级燃烧原理的低氮燃烧系统,降低了主燃区的氧浓度和温度,将炉膛出口NOx浓度由400mg/m3降低到150mg/m3,减排效果显著。 Staged combustion technology is a kind of mature low NO combustion technology in the power plant boiler,which to reduce the production of N(), by making fuel through excess fuel and excess oxygen two proces- ses in boiler furnace. Refitted low NO combustion system based on staged combustion, No. 2 boiler of Taishan power plant,a typical subcritical boiler, reduced the temperature of the main combustion area and oxygen con- centration,and the emission comcentration of NO lowered from 400 mg/m to 150 mg/m,achieving remarkable NO, emission reduction.
