摘要
本文对几个大样本VLBI观测的致密核(core) 进行了统计研究,包括核的谱指数, 核的角大小随VLBI观测频率的变化,核角大小与致密喷流角大小的关系以及核角大小随红移的变化,并在非均匀喷流模型下估算了喷流中磁场和相对论性电子密度的分布。
The paper present some preliminary statistical results of the VLBI core in the active galactic nuclei from large samples, including the spectral index, the variation of the core angular size with the VLBI observing frequency, the relation between the core size and the compact jet angular size and the distribution of core size over redshift. In the inhomogenous model we estimated the distributions of the magnetic field and the electron density in the jet.
