摘要
过热度对于铝电解生产十分重要,但是在日常生产中,一直采用间接控制,即电解质成分和电解温度控制。直接检测电解质过热度,可更好地控制电解槽运行参数,从而获得更好的技术经济指标。由ZYSHM型工业过热度测试仪在铝电解生产中应用的结果可知,该设备可用于快速准确测量电解质过热度,与实验室测试结果误差在±3℃以内,操作简单,探头可以重复使用50次,运行成本低。
The superheat is important to aluminum reduction, which is indirectly controlled in normal production. Direct testing superheat is convenient for the control technical parameters of aluminum reduction cells. Based on the application of ZYSHM industrial superheat tester on aluminum reduction cells, the tester can be used to quickly test the superheat, whose the relative error to the results from laboratory is within ±3℃ ,which is easy to opera and low cost, and the probe can be used more than 50 times. This tester can be used to the quickly test the superheat, electrolysis temperature and primary crystallization for controlling technological parameters.
