摘要
就电解生产过程中电压、极距和热平衡之间的对应关系和控制策略进行了探讨,认为在电流强度调整变化过程中,特别是对电流进行强化的生产过程中,通过对相关技术条件进行估算,并采取"极距保持不变→吨铝电耗保持不变→热平衡保持不变"顺序对电解槽相关技术条件进行调整,可以在确保电解槽稳定运行的基础上,实现产能的增加,降低吨铝成本。
In this paper the controlling method and the relationship among the pot voltage, anode - cathode distance and heat balance are discussed, they are concluded that the relative technical conditions are adjusted according to the sequence of keeping anode - cathode distance (ACD)→keeping power consumption of per ton aluminum →keeping heat balance after estimating relative technical conditions during adjusting current intensity, to realize increase capacity and reduce costs based on ensuring stable operation.
