基于红外光谱技术的在用油水分界限值的研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用红外光谱仪,依据ASTM E2412测定了已知一定含量蒸馏水的四种典型装备润滑油的水含量:SF/CD 15W-40地面车辆多用途润滑油、GL-5 80W-90重负荷车辆齿轮油、HV32舰用抗磨液压油、83282航空液压油,研究得出了地面装备发动机油、齿轮油、地面装备或舰艇液压油、航空液压油的红外测定水分界限值分别为0.3%、1100A/0.1 mm、-30A/0.1 mm、30A/0.1 mm,为国内外在用油换油指标中关于水分界限值的制定提供一种新的方法和依据。 Water content in the following lubricating oils with known distilled water contents was tested by ASTM E2412 with FT - IR: SF/CD 15W -40 multipurpose lubricating oil for ground vehicles, GL -5 80W -90 heavy duty gear oil for au- tomobile, HV32 hydraulic fluid for ship, 83282 aircraft hydraulic fluid. By the above studies, the limits of water content in the above four lubricating oils were separately educed to 0.3%(wt) ,1100A/0.1 ram, -30A/0.1 mm,30A/0. 1 mm, It of- fers one new method or basis for constituting the criteria about the limit of water content for change of used oil at home and abroad.
