摘要
对循环氢加热炉炉管结焦的原因进行了详细分析:由于循环氢脱硫塔冲塔,装置紧急停工过程中加热炉出口等处的5只单向阀失效,导致蜡油倒窜至炉管,最终导致炉管高温、蜡油结焦。进一步分析了循环氢脱硫塔冲塔的原因:循环氢脱烃设施不完善,胺液大量带烃;胺液集中再生流程设置不合理,导致胺液固体颗粒含量高;循环氢脱硫塔塔板结构不合理,造成塔板受液槽严重堵塞,胺液带烃发泡,最终导致循环氢脱硫塔冲塔。制定并采取了相应措施,取得了良好的效果。
The causes of coking in furnace tubes of recycle hydrogen heater are analyzed in detail. The unit had to be emergently shutdown because of flooding of recycle hydrogen desulfurization tower. In the emergency shutdown, the failure of 5 check valves at outlet of heater, etc led to the back flow of VGO to furnace tubes. The coking of VGO occurred in the high-temperature tubes because of improper emergency handling. The causes of tower flooding were: high hydrocarbon carry-over in liquid amine due to improper design of hydrocarbon removal facility for recycle hydrogen, high solid particles in liquid amine due to improper design of amine regeneration process, the blocking of seal pan and the bubbling of hydrocarbon carried over with liquid amine because of inappropriate selection of trays of desulfurization tower. All these led to final flooding of desulfurization tower. Effective countermeasures have been implemented and good results have been achieved.
