摘要
分析了高职院校数字图书馆运维服务托管现状,探讨了目前高职院校数字图书馆运维服务托管的几种模式,并提出了基于ITIL的运维服务托管对策。
After the current outsourcing situation of information technology infrastructure digital library running and maintenance in higher library （ITIL） - based vocational institutions was analyzed, its models were studied with strategies put forward for the outsourcing of 1TIL-based digital library running and maintenance.
