The Role of β_3-AR on Metabolic Remodeling in Heart Failure

摘要 在心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)的发生发展过程中,心肌细胞往往发生了能量和底物代谢的改变,并直接或间接地促进了心肌重构的发展,即心肌的能量"代谢重构"。β3-肾上腺素受体(β3-adrenergic receptor,β3-AR)主要分布于脂肪组织,与能量代谢密切相关,参与脂肪分解、葡萄糖转运、以及胰岛素分泌等过程,心肌也有少量β3-AR表达,HF时心肌β3-AR表达大量上调,介导负性肌力作用,同时脂解作用增强、调节脂肪酸氧化的PPARα下降,导致脂肪酸堆积,心肌优先利用葡萄糖代谢,出现能量代谢重构,现简述β3-AR在HF时能量代谢重构中的作用。 In the development of heart failure,thera are often energy and substrate metabolism changes in myocardium, which di- rectly or indirectly contributed to the development of myocardial remodeling,these are called "metabolic remodeling". β3-adrenergic re- ceptor (β3-AR), mainly exists in adipose tissue, is closely related to energy metabolism, including lipolysis, glucose transport, and insulin secretion etc. There is also a small amount of β3-AR in myocardium, However, the expression of β3-AR increased largly when heart fail- ure, mediated negative inotropic effect, enhanced lipolysis, reduced PPARoα. These leading to accumulation of fatty acids and preferred use of glucose metabolism. This article reviews the Advances in the role of β3-AR in the reconstruction of energy metabolism when heart failure.
